Forrest Frank Unveils "Jesus Lofi Volume One," a Meditative New Soundtrack for Worship and Rest

Multi-talented artist Forrest Frank, one of today's most innovative voices in Christian music, has released his newest project, Jesus Lofi Volume One, a serene and soulful exploration of worship through the language of lo-fi music. Known for bridging genres with authenticity and faith, Forrest invites listeners into a calming, reflective experience that merges modern chill-hop aesthetics with timeless spiritual truths.
Following a year marked by creative breakthroughs, personal trials, and chart-topping success, Jesus Lofi Volume One showcases a more intimate side of Forrest's artistry. The 10-track collection transforms his most beloved songs into minimalist lo-fi reimaginings, including stripped-back versions of "Your Way's Better," "Lemonade," "God's Got My Back," and "God Is Good." Working alongside The Lofi Christian, Forrest has created a cohesive, 26-minute sonic journey that feels like both a devotional and a deep breath.
"Jesus Lofi Volume One was born out of my desire to help people find peace in God's presence," Forrest shared on social media. "Sometimes worship doesn't have to be loud; it can be still, simple, and honest. I wanted this project to sound like what prayer feels like when you're just resting with Jesus."
The project follows a remarkable season for Forrest, who has become one of the most streamed independent Christian artists in the world. His 2025 album Child of God II debuted at #1 on Billboard's Top Christian Albums chart and climbed to #12 on the Billboard 200, a rare achievement for a faith-based project. Earlier this year, he faced a serious back injury after a skateboarding accident, which led him to write the viral hit "God's Got My Back," a song of raw faith and resilience written from his hospital bed. That spirit of vulnerability and hope continues in Jesus Lofi Volume One, which offers the sound of quiet trust after the storm.
True to Forrest's mission of making faith feel accessible and real, Jesus Lofi Volume One blurs the lines between worship, artistry, and rest. Each track is carefully layered with warm synths, soft beats, and ambient textures, creating the perfect atmosphere for reflection, study, prayer, or simply breathing deeply in the presence of God.
Forrest's musical evolution, from upbeat pop and gospel-infused anthems to contemplative lo-fi worship, reflects a growing movement among young believers seeking space for slower, more meditative forms of connection with God. By stepping into this space, Forrest joins a wave of artists shaping what modern Christian music can sound like-honest, peaceful, and profoundly human.
Jesus Lofi Volume One is available now on all major streaming platforms. The project continues Forrest Frank's commitment to bringing worship into every corner of life, whether on a run, at work, or in stillness before the Lord.
