Ronnie Gage & Dr. Emmet C. (Tom) Thompson II Meet with Industry Leaders During NRB 2020
Author, motivational speaker, and NCAA record breaker, Dr. Emmet C. (Tom) Thompson II, and his former college football coach Ronnie Gage, along with co-author Alice Sullivan, recently attended the National Religious Broadcasters' NRB 2020 Christian Media Convention, where they met with industry leaders and media members to discuss their inspirational and motivational new book, The Life Coach: Small-Town Lessons on Faith, Family and Football. NRB 2020 was held February 25-28, 2020, in Nashville, Tennessee at the Opryland Hotel.
Part inspirational memoir, part Texas football history, and part motivational guide for leaders, The Life Coach released to retail in October, 2019, from Clovercroft Publishing where it debuted and continues on Amazon's Top 100 titles in the online retailer's Football and Football Biography categories.
During the convention, Thompson, Gage, and Sullivan met with and/or were interviewed by such influential outlets as Las Vegas Tonight, Bill Martinez Live!, The NRB Network's PIJN News, Faith Radio's The Meeting House, and many more, where they offered leadership principals from their book, The Life Coach, for leaders and mentors, even those who are not sports fans.
"I was grateful for the chance to share my story with folks who have a genuine interest in offering uplifting media to their fans," Coach Gage adds. "I really enjoyed my time at NRB 2020 and making new friends in the industry." "It's always a blessing to attend the National Religious Broadcasters Convention," says Thompson. "However, NRB 2020 was extra special. I was able to ride shotgun with my good friend and co-author, Coach Ronnie Gage. We had great interviews and made lots of new friends."
The Life Coach is published by Clovercroft Publishing and distributed to the trade by Ingram Content Group, the world's largest distributor of printed content.
