  • Grimm Season 4
Grimm Season 4 Premiere Spoilers and Preview: Nick Un-Grimmed, Captain Renard Dying, Juliette Angry, Monroe and Rosalie on the Lam, Wu Still Unhinged by Flashbacks

Grimm Season 4 Premiere Spoilers and Preview: Nick Un-Grimmed, Captain Renard Dying, Juliette Angry, Monroe and Rosalie on the Lam, Wu Still Unhinged by Flashbacks Grimm Season 4 episode 1 which airs Friday, October 24, at the 9 PM time slot on the NBC network is entitled “Thanks for the Memories.” It will be the first in a two-part story arc written by executive co-producers Jim Kouf and David Greenwalt. The next half of the arc, Grimm Season 4 episode 2 is entitled “Octopus Head,” and it will be shown on October 31, Halloween. The new Wesen antagonist in the show will be “really frightening and very cool, almost a James Bond kind of thing going on there,” says Greenwalt in an interview with Zap2it. Called the Gedachtnis Esser, it is an octopus-like Wesen with memory and identity stealing powers. At this point, although there is still no complete andofficial Grimm Season 4 episode guide, there is already much Grimm Season 4 news and spoilers that have been shared and spread around since the July San Diego Comic-Con by the executive producers and by the cast themselves. With the team rendered practically helpless following last season’s finale, said Greenwalt in another interview with TV Guide, they will be forced to contend with the Gedachtnis Esser. Said he, “This guy is ruthless and sophisticated — a high-tech spy who is involved with some highly placed military intelligence personnel.” Although the octupus-headed Wesen will be claiming many victims, he will be specifically targeting Trubel. Their eventual confrontation “will leave her in a very dire state,” revealed the producer and writer. The fourth season will open with Nick still adjusting to the loss of his Grimm powers. He will have to rely more on Trubel who will be staying awhile to serve as his Grimm eyes. Also, Nick will not only be starting Season 4 powerless. He will also have to contend with an angry Juliettewho will also still be mad at him for having allowed himself to be tricked by Adalind into sleeping with her. Grimm Season 4 episode 1 will be picking up “one minute after” the Season 3 finale according to Greenwalt. In that season 3 finale, one of the last scenes shows Captain Renard getting shot in the chest several times by Weston Steward, causing him to be taken to the hospital apparently dying. Sasha Roiz, who plays the Captain, said, “I kind of saw it coming, so it's not a huge surprise. I think we'll try to find some interesting way to bring him back. We'll see what happens." So Season 4 will begin with Captain Renard still be fighting for his life. Monroe and Rosalind will be on the run as they go on their honeymoon after having been exposed as Wesens who have been harboring a Grimm. Silas Weir Mitchell who portrays Monroe in the show tells TVGuide, "We try and make a honeymoon but things are complicated in Portland these days...The Grimm has been un-Grimmed... things are turned upside-down. We are exposed now as Wesen harboring this Grimm. We put ourselves on the line with this wedding... and Rosalee's worst nightmare came true with the Red Wedding sequel." Meanwhile, Wu will continue to have his unpleasant flashback episodes. And elsewhere, Adalind, in her desperation to find her child, will get herself falling straight back into Prince Viktor's clutches.

  • Attack on Titan Season 2
Attack on Titan Season 2 Will Be Released; But Before That, There Will Be An Attack on Titan Prequel Series Based on the No Regrets, Birth of Levi Manga Storyline

Attack on Titan Season 2 Will Be Released; But Before That, There Will Be An Attack on Titan Prequel Series Based on the No Regrets, Birth of Levi Manga Storyline The good news is that Attack on Titan Season 2 is confirmed a go. The bad news is that Wit Studios hasn’t even begun production on Attack on Titan Season 2 yet because there aren’t enough volumes of the Attack on Titan manga that have come out to comprise the material that will cover an entire season of the hit anime TV series. According to iDigital Times, as of now, only thirteen volumes of the souurce manga material have been published. Chances are, they'll begin production work for the next series of the anime TV show once volume 16, at the very least, is out. As observed by the tech news site, Attack on Titan is an adaptation and as such can’t be expected to surpass what’s being adapted. So at this point, there really is still no official Attack on Titan Season 2 release date yet, nor an Attack on Season 2 episode list, nor an Attack on Titan Season 2 trailer nor an Attack on Titan Season 2 watch online schedule. In an interview with Rocket News 24 way back in January, Joji Wada, who heads Wit Studio which produces the Attack on Titan franchise, already did said that although they want to do a sequel, it just can’t be done this year. He said, “Eventually, we definitely want to do a sequel. This year, though, we’ve got our hands full producing an anime that will be bundled in a limited edition of the Attack on Titan manga, which tells a different sort of story than what we did in the TV series.” This year, Wit Studio’s production schedule is focused on coming up with a new anime series adapting the prequel manga Attack on Titan: No Regrets, Birth of Levi. It will consist of two episodes, scheduled for release on DVDs on December 9, 2014 and April 9, 2015, respectively, according to the Anime News Network. It will come bundled with the source manga material. Also according to the Anime News Network, the Attack on Titan (Season 1) television anime series will be recompiled into two theatrical films. The first film, Attack on Titan Part I: Crimson Bow and Arrow, will open on November 22. The second film, Attack on Titan Part II: Wings of Freedom, will open sometime next year. The Attack on Titan Part 2 (not Season 2) which covers Episodes 14-25 is now available on Blu-Ray and DVD. And in related news, a newAttack on Titan game for smartphones is under development by Mobage for the iOS and Android platforms according to the Anime News Network.

The Crew Game: the Upcoming Ubisoft Racing Game is About to Get Even Better, Customization and the 60fps Race is Going to be Addictive, the Game Trailer & Release Date The recently released trailer of The Crew is surely about the “Performance, adaptation, and style”, as Ubisoft said it earlier. Glancing at the trailer, this upcoming car game can definitely become addictive. Why? The Crew experience is going to fully depend on how well you can manipulate your car, in every sense of the word. Watch the trailer to see what I mean. To make your racing experience even better, The Crew video game developer is now making sure that the game players can run The Crew game at 60 frames per second in the full game, and this is definitely good news. I’m sure most of you PC gamers are aware of the supposed 30fps restriction imposed on. Serkan Hassan, the game’s head designer, told TechRadar, “Ultimately the performance and the frame rate will be down to the players hardware. A few people in the closed beta found ways of unlocking the frame rate. My understanding at this moment is that we’ll be allowing players to do that come the full version as well, unless some other issue comes to light which would block that in any way”. As for the console version, The Crew game is still set to run at a standard 30 frames per second, but that might change, given how the PC version will work its 60fps game. The game is now set to release on December 2. Yes, the release date was postponed to a later date than initially told. Aside from the PC, The Crew is set to release for consoles PlayStation 4, Xbox One and Xbox 360.

The Sims 4 Soon Coming to Mac Users, the New Sims 4 Game Play, Characters, Personalities, and Updates Announced, EA Producer Vaughan Confirms Last month, the popular Sims 4 became available for Windows PC users, and now, the Mac users are soon getting their own experience of Sims 4. In an IBT interview, the Electronic Arts producer Ryan Vaughan confirmed the release of Sims 4 for Mac users. He explained that the demand for the game from the Mac users is huge and so the company is working on it as their first priority. The EA should also soon consider taking the Sims 4 development towards the console users, as the previous Sims 3 was available for consoles PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360. As for the game itself, Sims 4 allows players to create their own Sim characters with respective personalities. This, on the other hand, will determine their major game play, as the chosen characters will act and react according to their respective chosen personality traits. Sims 4 characters are now able to multitask and moods will change the course of the players’ game play. If you check out the game play trailer from August, you will see what I mean. Unfortunately, some of the players’ favorite features from Sims 3 will not be available in the new Sims 4. Yet, you can expect other of your favorite Sims 3 features to re-appear in Sims 4. For example, the swimming pools are going to be available in the next Sims 4 update. Apparently, players are fond of drowning their characters in their virtual swimming pools. Although the release date for the Sims 4 Mac version is yet to be announced, producer Vaughan said that it will be soon enough.

Bandai Namco’s Tekken 7 Video Game Official Release Date Confirmed, Japan’s Arcades Reveal Full Tekken 7 Character List

Bandai Namco’s Tekken 7 Video Game Official Release Date Confirmed, Japan’s Arcades Reveal Full Tekken 7 Character List Bandai Namco’s Tekken 7 was first announced at the EVO Fighting Game Championships this year. Tekken fans have been since then detoured with all the trailing rumors and speculations. Luckily, the Tekken 7 release date is now officially set to May 2015. Katsuhiro Harada, the head of Tekken, has more exciting news. Harada told 4Gamer: “Tekken is one of my life’s works, and while I can’t say much here, together with the titles we were going to announce this year, I’m also working on several other titles simultaneously with Tekken. From there, I’d like to announce at least two of those titles in 2014, and I feel that it’s something I must do. There are a few titles that we’ve been quietly working on, and some we’ve been thinking about working on, so the year 2014 looks like it’ll be a tough one.” As for the characters, Japan’s arcades revealed the full list of Tekken 7 fighters: Bryan, Asuka, Alisa, Claudio, Dragunov, Heihachi, Feng, Hwoarang, Katarina/Catalina, Kazuya, Lars, King, Law, Leo, Lili, Paul, Steve, and Xiaoyu. Tekken 7 will finally give the answers to many of the Tekken series mysteries: Why is Heihachi attempting to kill his grandson and why did Heihachi throw Kazuya off a cliff? What`s the true identity of Devil Jin? These are just a few of the many questions that Tekken 7 is ready to answer. As Harada said, the new game chapter is set to conclude the Mishima clan saga. For now, we can expect the Tekken 7 game to come for consoles PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and for the PC.

  • iPad Air 2 Release Date 2014
iPad Air 2, Launched in Apple Event, it’s Thinner, Lighter, Faster, and Better Shielded

iPad Air 2, Launched in Apple Event, it’s Thinner, Lighter, Faster, and Better Shielded Alongside iPad Mini 3 was iPad Air 2. On October 16, Apple revealed their new iPad Air as expected. Is it just me or the latest Apple devices are either similar to their respective predecessor or thinner? iPad Air 2 is the thinnest of its kind, and it’s soon going to strut the market run-way starting October 17. It now comes in another color variant: Gold. Also, the Air 2 will now come with the popular Touch ID sensor. Lastly, the new iPad comes with the latest processor A8X, and its M8 motion co-processor. These are the major changes for the new iPad Air. To be exact, the new iPad Air 2 is 18% thinner than its predecessor, given the fact that the predecessor was already very thin. Air 2 is now only 6.1mm ‘thick’. The iPad Mini is actually looking thicker now if you compare the two tablets. Naturally, the Air 2 is lighter than the previous iPad Air, but the length and width remain the same at 240mm x 169.5mm. The Air 2 now only weighs 437 grams for the Wi-Fi only, and 444 grams for the cellular version. The Touch ID feature is similar to the iPhone’s. You can use the feature to unlock your Air 2 or log-in to your apps. You can also use it for Apple Pay to do your online shopping. Just don’t expect to use the Air 2’s Apple Pay feature to do your actual shopping outside the worldwide web. This separates the Air 2 from the recent iPhone and Apple Watch capabilities. Other than that, Apple claims they redesigned the iPad Air 2 display, and added an anti-reflective coating, and a fully laminated display. Air 2 graphics is 2.5x faster and its Wi-Fi connectivity is also better. You can now have the Burst shooting mode and the Slow-mo video shooting. It also comes with a barometer. Only the Air 2 gets these features as an iPad.

  • iPad Mini 3
iPad Mini 3 Arrived with a New Color, a Touch ID, and an Apple Pay, One Apple Rumor Finally Ends, but is it iPad Mini 3 or 2?

iPad Mini 3 Arrived with a New Color, a Touch ID, and an Apple Pay, One Apple Rumor Finally Ends, but is it iPad Mini 3 or 2? The iPad Mini 3 rumor finally ended when Apple unveiled the mini tablet on October 16. The new Mini boasted new features, including its Touch ID fingerprint sensor and its new color variant: Gold. So, what’s new with the Mini 3? Actually, not much is new with Mini 3. It’s a lot like its predecessor Mini 2. First thing, it looks a lot similar. Second thing, it performs so much alike. Third, it has the same screen and camera. Exclude the Gold color variant, the Touch ID, and the Apple Pay, and you pretty much have two similar iPads Minis with different digits on their names. We were expecting, at least, that the new Mini will have the Apple’s latest A8 processor or the A8x processor, but no. It still got its old A7 chip with Retina display. Yet, let’s not underestimate the Touch ID. It’s one of the best features that Apple came up with, and now, it’s not used only to lock your iPad device. It now allows users to log-in to apps like Evernote, 1Password, and Mint using the feature plus an iOS 8. Soon enough, the iOS 8.1 will come out, and this will allow users to use the Apple Pay feature that the company is recently boasting. Using Apple Pay, you can shop online on a different security level than before. As for the price, it’s also similar to the starting price of its previous Mini 2, and priced at $400. Now, the Mini 2 is priced at $300 with a 16GB or a 32GB of storage. Is the additional $100 worth the upgrade? You tell me. As for the release date, the company said that the new Mini is open for pre-orders starting October 17, but with no exact release date mentioned. The Mini 3 will be available in 16GB, 64GB, and in 128GB versions.

  • iPad Pro
Where’s the iPad Pro? Not Another Rumor Update, iPad Pro a No-Show at Apple Event, Another Disappointment Next to iPod Touch 6G No-Show

Where’s the iPad Pro? Not Another Rumor Update, iPad Pro a No-Show at Apple Event, Another Disappointment Next to iPod Touch 6G No-Show The Apple’s iPad event was missing out something: the iPad Pro. It’s been a while since the supposed iPad rumor started, and still, to a surprise, the iPad pro was a no-show at the recent iPad event. I stated in an earlier article: “Apple already “set internal project and marketing deadlines of mid-October, ahead of the planned unveiling of major new products during the second half of the month”. This means that the fans can expect the actual iPad Pro to show up anytime soon”. Unfortunately, this didn’t come true. I’m sure the Apple has plenty of reasons for the missing iPad, given the fact that the company just recently unveiled their new iPhone series and so on. Sure, it’s not wise to put out all the new devices at once. Sure, the iPad sales have been declining. Still, could this mean that it’s coming out early next year? After all, a larger iPad would be good news to avid users of Apple tablets. As stated, iPad pro is expected to be a new larger iPad, aiming to become the next professional tablet, and Bloomberg previously reported that the iPad Pro suppliers are already preparing to manufacture the new gadget. So where is it? As for the features, the 12.9 inch iPad may come with “a new user interface that’s more innovative and intuitive, so that input will be as efficient as a device with keyboard”. It is also expected to come with an improved A8X chipset, as also found in the recent iPhone 6. This with an improved processor will help support the 12.9 inch screen. Let’s hope that this rumor business surrounding the iPad Pro ends pretty soon. Those who are waiting are getting sick of hearing another rumored release date for the supposed iPad Pro.

  • iPod Touch 6G
Apple iPod Touch 6G Still a Rumor? Speaking for the iPod Touch Fans, “Apple, the iPod Touch Demand Still Needs a Supply Confirmation!”

Apple iPod Touch 6G Still a Rumor? Speaking for the iPod Touch Fans, “Apple, the iPod Touch Demand Still Needs a Supply Confirmation!” iPod touch 6G rumors, including release dates and specs have been going around in the past few years, and no one source can confirm the validity of their claims. As a matter of fact, it’s just getting a little too long. Now that the apple event took place, and the 6G was a no-show, those who are waiting are just sick of hearing rumor news all over the internet. It’s not surprising considering the number of people out there who were expecting the 6G to come out, if not sooner, this year. Not everyone wants the whole ‘phone and everything else in one’ device. Some people just want to get a hold of an Apple device with its features, without the phone capability. Why? There are those that are already satisfied with their traditional phones. There are those who are under contracts, or with free phones from their companies. Lastly, there are those who can’t afford the smartphone version, or doesn’t feel the need to get one. They just want to play games, take pictures, listen to music and so on. Basically, an iPod touch is still in demand. Other iPod touch fans have retained their touch 4Gs the minute they heard the 6G rumors. They’ve been waiting for the 6G, so they held their pockets closed even when the 5Gs were tempting them to open their wallets. Yet, instead of experiencing the feel of a new iPod touch, they are left with a 6G no-show, and an already “old” 5G. Nothing new is keeping them excited. How frustrating is that? Yet again, the company just recently launched so many devices, and from the company’s business perspective, it’s just isn’t practical a time to launch the rest at this point. Besides, there will be another upcoming event for the company’s other endeavors. iPod touch sales have been declining over the past years, and although we don’t want to sound too pessimistic and say that Apple might just cancel the whole 6G all together, we’d like to think that they still care to answer to the demands of the minority, who still support the company and their iPod touch series. Let’s see if the device comes up in early 2015.

Windows 10 Review: The Best Features of Windows 10, Introducing a Better Windows 8, while Bringing Back the Familiar Windows 7

Windows 10 Review: The Best Features of Windows 10, Introducing a Better Windows 8, while Bringing Back the Familiar Windows 7 Windows users are happy to know that the Start menu is back for Windows 10. Actually, this time, it’s made even better; Windows 10 Start menu has combined the Start menu features of Windows 7 and 8. Windows 10 also comes with “multiple virtual desktops”. This one will help you organize your desktop, as if owning a bigger monitor, and allowing you to maximize your desktop space. Windows 10 also comes with a Task view feature, allowing you to see all your open desktops so that you can view the desktop of your choice. I’m sure many of you are familiar with this feature since other operating systems like Linux and OS X have this feature already, and it’s pretty neat. Windows 10 now allows you to open four apps and fill your screen in four quadrants instead of the previous half-screen type, as you saw in Windows 8. This allows for a more efficient desktop use, minimizing your time and hassle in moving and resizing the apps around your desktop. There’s also the new feature on the taskbar. If you check it out, you’ll see a new button on the taskbar that allows you to see your recent searches and suggestions from Bing. It can also be used to locate your own desktop file, and not just from the Internet. This simply makes your searching function more convenient. Meanwhile, some of the previous Windows 8 features remain in the new Windows 10. For example, the tile-based Modern UI apps from the previous Windows 8 are still in the recent Windows, and some of these are actually pretty good ones.

Google Nexus Player set in upcoming Android TV to rival Apple TV

Google Nexus Player set in upcoming Android TV to rival Apple TV Looks like Google is giving Apple a run for its money as it unveiled its latest product to the market – the Google Nexus Player, alongside its other Nexus products. Tech reporters are saying that it is Google’s reply to Apple’s Apple TV where it will be part of the Android Lollipop operating system update. Google Nexus Player, otherwise known as Android TV, promises the same flexibility and usefulness many of its loyal users are accustomed to in its smart phone counterparts. In short, it will be like an Android phone/tablet on your TV screen. Users who are fond of streaming videos and movies from Netflix will be able to watch their shows through the Google Nexus Player installed. Nexus Player weighs at about 250 grams and is the size of a hockey puck. It sports a 1.8 GHz quad core Intel Atom chip, a graphics chip for games and can support HD video thanks to its Imagination PowerVR Series 6 GPU. The Nexus Player will also have a storage of 8 GB and a RAM of 1 GB. Users will also be able to connect to the internet. What’s unique is that Google has paired the Nexus Player with an unusual type of remote. What sets this remote apart from other typical remotes is that it is equipped with a microphone for vocal instructions and sports a small touchpad and only four buttons. The device will also come with an optional gamepad to cater to its game-hungry user. The downside presented by critics about the Android TV is that it may not allow users to use majority of the apps present in their smartphones and tablets. Regardless, it still promises users quality that one could expect from a smart TV. The Nexus Player is developed by PC brand Asus and will be released to the USA and Canada by the beginning of November.
