"I let a lot of things go that I should've been taking care of," she explained, adding that her doctors encouraged her to pay closer attention to her well-being. "There are several things that have accumulated, but nothing major," she reassured.

Out of an abundance of caution, the 78-year-old icon has scaled back her travel and public appearances to stay close to Nashville, where she receives treatment. Still, Dolly maintains her trademark humor and grace, even laughing off recent AI-generated images that falsely suggested she was on her deathbed.

Most importantly, Dolly made clear that her faith remains her foundation in this season. "I'm not ready to die yet ... I don't think God is through with me," she declared, emphasizing her belief that her purpose is still unfolding.
