Pussycat Doll's Kaya Jones Shares Faith Journey With Debut Christian Album "The Royal Collection"

GRAMMY® Award-winning vocalist Kaya Jones is stepping boldly into her calling as a gospel artist with the release of her debut Christian album, The Royal Collection, available now on all major streaming platforms. Listen here: https://music.apple.com/us/album/the-royal-collection/1826078272
Best known for her rise to international fame as a member of the multi-platinum pop group The Pussycat Dolls, Jones has undergone a deeply personal and public transformation-from chart-topping pop star to outspoken follower of Jesus Christ.
Her journey to faith was marked by heartbreak, loss, and a season of profound searching. "Everything tells us we are not good enough. That's a lie from the pit of hell," Jones says. "Remember how special He made you and never forget it-you're perfect the way He made you." These words embody the core message of The Royal Collection: a reminder of Whose we are and how deeply we are loved.
The album was birthed during a difficult period when clinging to the Lord was her only option. Immersing herself in Scripture, prayer, and worship, Jones began writing and recording songs that testify to God's faithfulness, grace, and relentless love. The Royal Collection brings together 15 tracks of worship and inspiration, blending gospel, pop, and inspirational music styles, and featuring notable collaborations with Petra guitarist Kevin Brandow, Christian rapper Bryson Gray, and international artists Carine Bassili, Shai Sol, and Ronza Nwesry.
Highlights from the album include "Treasured," the theme for an upcoming docuseries spotlighting lives in Ethiopia's Korah landfill; the multilingual prayer "Jerusalem," inspired by Psalm 122; and "Yeshua," a bold declaration of faith. Many tracks have been paired with charitable initiatives, with music videos released as NFTs to benefit the homeless in Orlando and provide humanitarian aid in the Middle East.
Jones' music career first drew major attention in the mid-2000s as part of The Pussycat Dolls, one of the world's most successful girl groups, selling millions of albums worldwide. Since leaving the group, Jones has pursued a solo career, spoken out about her Christian faith, and in 2019 won a GRAMMY® Award for her collaboration with gospel artist Jason Crabb.
With The Royal Collection, Kaya Jones marks a new chapter-one rooted in truth, healing, and the unshakable hope of the gospel. "This is my testimony in song," she says. "I've lived the heights of fame and the depths of brokenness, but nothing compares to the joy of belonging to Jesus."
The Royal Collection is available now on Apple Music, Spotify, Amazon Music, and all major digital outlets. Listen here: https://music.apple.com/us/album/the-royal-collection/1826078272
