Tracy Morgan has felt the need to share his feelings after Wal-mart came out and blamed Morgan's injuries from the accident on the fact that he was not wearing a seatbelt.
"After I heard what Walmart said in court I felt I had to speak out. I can't believe Walmart is blaming me for an accident that they caused. My friends and I were doing nothing wrong. I want to thank my fans for sticking with me during this difficult time. I love you all. I'm fighting hard every day to get back," the 45-year-old 30 Rock actor said in a released statement.
The wreck killed his friend and fellow comedian, James McNair and left Tracy in the hospital for weeks after thedeadly six-vehicle car wreck earlier this Summer. The crash happened at the New Jersey Turnpike's northbound I-95 lanes near Cranbury Township that took one life and sent seven people to the hospital including Morgan. There was a controversial video that surfaced on the TMZ website that showed a man being pulled from a wreck that was supposedly Tracy Morgan. His daughter called for the gossip news site to take the video down and others were protesting the video footage being posted as well.

He was nominated for Outstanding Supporting Actor in a Comedy Series at the 2009 Emmy Awards for his work on "30 Rock."
