Hallmark Christmas Movies in December : News : JubileeCast

Hallmark has announced the dates for their December Christmas movies. In November, the network introduced its first-ever Christmas programming event, "Most Wonderful Movies of Christmas," featuring an ample assemblage of Christmas films that will please the whole family with over 1200 hours of Christmas TV. The "Most Wonderful Movies of Christmas" will feature the network's original holiday movies as well as Christmas Classics.

The Spirit of Christmas

The Christmas Spirit - Charlotte Hart (Nicollette Sheridan) is trying to save her small town before Christmas in this Hallmark Channel Original Movie World Premiere. A distinguished journalist, spending some holiday family time in her home town of Laurel Springs, Charlotte finds out that a greedy land developer (Bart Johnson) has approached the town with quite an offer. Determined to get to the bottom of the real story, she heads out to confront him, but she never arrives. A car accident puts her in a coma, but her spirit is very much awake. It's up to her to save the town she's always known as home but with no one able to see her, how can she pull it off?

Santa Switch - Even the real Santa Claus needs a break every so often and in "Santa Switch," a Hallmark Channel Original Movie World Premiere, we learn that this is the year Kris Kringle needs a helping hand. Ethan Erickson stars as Dan Ryebeck, a dad going through a hard time. His wife, Linda, is divorcing him, he is facing unemployment at Christmas time and he can't even land a mall Santa job, so buying gifts that will impress his two kids, Sally and Joe, is impossible. Without some real wow'ing, he doubts he'll be able to win his family back. The real Kris, looking for a temporary replacement for the year, visits from the North Pole. Dan gets left in charge, guided by Santa's elf assistant Eddie. With the sudden power to impress Linda and the kids by making every wild Christmas wish come true, Dan soon gets carried away. As the fate of the whole world's Christmas rests in his hands, can Dan focus on what his family really needs without messing up his greatest gig yet?

Hats Off To Christmas! - Mia is a young widowed mother managing the Christmas hat shop in her small town. When her boss asks her to train his hotshot New York City business consultant son Nick for an upper-management post she had wanted herself, Mia finds training him frustrating. When he takes an interest in her son Scotty, she is determined to protect her child from disappointment, trying to keep him out of their lives. As Nick decides if staying in the small town of Wilsonville is worth giving up the big-city perks he once had in New York, Mia starts to realize that Nick may be the Christmas miracle she has been waiting for.
