Nathan Oswalt Reveals How "WHO KNOWS" Testifies to How God Saved Him from Suicide
Vancouver, WA-based independent recording artist Nathan Oswalt concludes his career-kickstarting trilogy of stand-alone singles with the song that started it all, "WHO KNOWS." Originally written in 2019, just before Oswalt's high school graduation, the track is finally slated for global release on April 19, 2024.
Listen to the song HERE.
Says Oswalt, "A lot has happened in the last six years, including a global pandemic, and - on a more personal note - I've actually attempted suicide twice due to extreme depression and anxiety, which the LORD has since delivered me from. 'WHO KNOWS' has taken on a whole new meaning in my life as a result. It's a song about choosing to trust God with your future rather than give in to anxiety and doubt, even though you don't know what the next year or even the next day is going to bring."
Last year, Oswalt's two inaugural studio singles, "OUTRUN" and "STILL GOOD", garnered over 2,500 streams by over 1,200 listeners from 72 different countries on Spotify alone. In addition, Oswalt's music was featured on Jesusfreakhideout.com's "Songs We've Been Trying To Tell You About (And Others We Haven't) Volume 12" compilation project. With "WHO KNOWS", Oswalt returns to the contemporary singer-songwriter roots of his past, while simultaneously looking forward to a bright, Christ-centered future ahead.
