Riley Clemmons Premieres "Hold On" Music Video
Riley Clemmons' empowering music video for "Hold On"premiered exclusively on Ashton Kutcher's positive storytelling aPlus.com yesterday. Featuring a Beats by Dre brand partnership, the video, featured on the homepage of aPlus.com, conveys a message of hope and perseverance to fans, with shots of Clemmons facing adversity head on, running through rain, fire and darkness to ultimately cross the finish line.
"I constantly have to remind myself that perfection isn't the goal. I find a lot of motivation rooted in the idea that I'm a work in progress, and that's OK. In the hard moments, I try to pause and ask myself why I wanted to chase this dream in the first place," Clemmons shared with aPlus. "I believe that there's light at the end of the tunnel. I believe that there is always a reason to hold on."
Riley Clemmons will release her awaited first full-length project with Capitol CMG on Aug. 3. The LP brimming with perspective and clarity was heralded by the breakthrough hit "Broken Prayers" and newly released "Better For It," which was streamed more than half a million times globally in the first 10 days alone. Spotify's New Music Friday, Apple Music's Breaking Pop and SiriusXM have already picked up on the track. Clemmons will spend the release date of her album at Ryan Seacrest Foundation's Seacrest Studios at Monroe Carell Jr. Children's Hospital at Vanderbilt in her hometown of Nashville, Tenn.
