Hawk Nelson's "Miracles" Available Now!

Hawk Nelson's new studio album, Miracles (Fair Trade Services), is available today. The band's eighth studio project features their current single, "He Still Does (Miracles)," which is currently heard on more than 60 stations - including SiriusXM, Air 1, WAY-FM, WAWZ/New York, WONU/Chicago, KTIS/Minneapolis, KSOS/Las Vegas, WRBS/Baltimore and WFHM/Cleveland. Leading up to the release, Hawk Nelson has released four videos and singles, which can be viewed below.
While working on this new album, Hawk Nelson found themselves reevaluating their mission and even questioning their future. According to frontman Jon Steingard, the new LP was the foursome's "most hard fought record" to date. The struggle originated, ironically, with success. The band's 2015 release, Diamonds, was arguably one of the biggest of their career, generating a trio of radio hits such as the title track "Live Like You're Loved" and the nine-week No. 1 smash, "Drops in the Ocean." Crafting a follow-up after such a steady stream of wins proved unexpected challenges in the midst of personal change for the band. In the three years since Diamonds debuted, guitarist Micah Kuiper got married; frontman Jon Steingard and his wife welcomed their first child, Grey; along with his passion for drumming, David Niacaris took up a new hobby of photography; while bassist Daniel Biro endured health complications that sidelined him for three tours. In many ways, both personally and professionally, the journey leading up to Miracles has been one of surrender.
The media have certainly taken to the band's new batch of songs. Here are just a couple of the positive reviews that have posted:
"Releasing now their eighth studio album, Hawk Nelson is proving to be more than a mainstay. With Miracles they capitalize on their strengths to write catchy hooks, ensuring you'll enjoy many tunes in this set on-air or in your top playlist..." - CCM Magazine
Though the band experienced challenges while forging the path following their previous record, it is evident that Miracles will continue to lead them down a successful road and will connect more people to God through the music and worship they create. Their extremely catchy beats and honest lyrics are hard to resist, and there is no doubt multiple tracks from this album will find their way onto radio's top hits and into listeners' favorite playlists. - TheChristianBeat.org
