Tekken 7 Release Date, News, Rumors, Plot, Reveals, Spoilers and Updates: New Details Revealed about Upcoming Game
You could say that the seventh installment of Tekken is overdue probably because the last installment, Tekken 6 was released in 2007.Tekken 7 was unveiled by Namco Bandai Games at the Evolution Championship Series fighting game tournament in Las Vegas this year. Apparently, the game will be in 2015. The game will be available for PS4, X Box One and PC platforms at the time of release. According to Katsushiro Harada, executive producer who is the game's executive producer, the power and flexibility available as a result of the engine will enable them to concentrate on creating a game which is everything the fans need without worrying about creating a standalone graphics engine.
The trailer of the game was released at the recently ended Evo 2014 event. Apparently it was a big hit with the Namco Bandai fans, and Tekken Loyalists. The video released at the San Diego Comic Con and the one at the Bandai Namco Games implied that the Mishima family storyline plot would be coming to an end with this installment. In order to appease the fans for more details concerning the game, the executive producer, Harada claimed the plot of the latest upcoming installment will feature one of the most detailed background stories.
The thing is whether this will mean the conclusion of the game series or is there going to be a spinoff created in the process? What the latest news for the last installment of the upcoming game shows us it will finally answer all of the Tekken mysteries which have plagued the series for the past prequels. This includes questions on whom the Devil Jin is and why Heihachi threw Kazuya off a cliff. The fans should be looking forward to new characters in the new installment. The fate of these new characters also depends on a continuous feedback community.
