Point of Grace Celebrates the 10th Anniversary of "Directions Home (Songs We Love, Songs You Know)"

Point of Grace celebrates the 10th anniversary of "Directions Home (Songs We Love, Songs You Know)." The album is the trio's tenth studio album, released on April 7, 2015. This is the first album of covers released by group, led by Carrie Underwood's "Something In The Water" as the album's first single, as well as their versions of songs by Wayne Watson, Wynonna and Phillip Phillips, among others.
Produced by Andy Leftwich, along with Stuart Dill and Roger Ryan, the critically acclaimed record features guest performances by Vince Gill and Ricky Scaggs. It was also nominated for a GMA Dove Awards for Bluegrass/Country Album of the Year in 2015 and for a Grammy Award for Best Roots Gospel Album in 2016 and peaked at #26 on the @billboard Top Christian Albums chart. Ten years later, these songs have most definitely stood the test of time.

Point of Grace originated in 1991 at Ouachita Baptist University in Arkadelphia, Arkansas. The original quartet consisted of Shelley Breen, Denise Jones, Terry Lang, and Heather Floyd. Over the years, the group transitioned to a trio and currently comprises Shelley Breen, Denise Jones, and Leigh Cappillino.
Since their self-titled debut album in 1993, Point of Grace has released multiple best-selling studio recordings and four Christmas albums. They have achieved significant commercial success with total sales exceeding 8 million units, garnering two Platinum records and multiple Gold certifications. The group has earned 27 No. 1 singles, three GRAMMY® nominations, and numerous Dove Awards. In recognition of their contributions to music, they were inducted into the Oklahoma Music Hall of Fame in 2018.
