Paul Wilbur Will be Celebrating His 70th Birthday with 3 Albums in 2021
Veteran worship leader and songwriter Paul Wilbur will be celebrating his 70th birthday next year. In anticipation of this milestone Wilbur will be releasing three albums.
The first of the trio of releases is entitled Shouts of Joy. The record is estimated to release mid-January of 2021 (in honor of Paul's 70th birthday!) and will contain some of your best-loved songs from the past 25 years; re-recorded, remixed and remastered.
Also in the queue is We Call Your Name Volumes I and II, which are estimated to release in the early Spring of 2021 (Volume I) and mid-summer of 2021 (Volume II). These new songs have been birthed out of the pain and challenges, the prayer and victories of the most difficult year that many in the world have faced. They will lift your heart and hope to the One who alone is worthy of all our praise and thanksgiving.
You can help Wilbur make these records by donating HERE.
Don't forget to get Wilbur's new worship single, "The Battle is Yours", which is now available on iTunes, Spotify, Amazon music and many others. Please check it out and help spread the word to your friends and family.
About Paul Wilbur:
Wilbur, who has recorded albums in several languages, has been sharing a unique Kingdom message that reaches beyond cultural, social and political borders for more than 40 years. Whether he's singing to packed soccer stadiums throughout Latin America, Africa and Asia, or bringing his message directly to the people of Israel, his distinctive songs of prophetic praise and worship have reached millions.
In thousands of concerts, numerous recordings and over three million units in album sales, Wilbur's musical history goes back to the mid-seventies when he was a college student studying to be an opera singer and cantor, before a born-again experience took him in a radical new direction. From there, he went on to co-found Harvest, an early Jesus Movement band, and subsequently formed Israel's Hope, dedicated to bringing the message of the gospel back to the heart of the chosen people. His cross-cultural, multi-lingual ministry would in time take him to every continent on the globe, playing before audiences in far-flung locations ranging from Africa to China and Kuwait to Cuba.
