"The Walking Dead" fanatics will only have to wait for few more days to have a glimpse of the much-awaited season 5. The show will return on Sunday, Oct. 12 and will begin at 9pm ET/PT. This hit series is actually the first cable drama in the history of TV to pound all the fall broadcast shows for adults with ages ranging from 18 to 49. Robert Kirkman is the writer of its comic series and Image Comics is the publisher. The story revolves around the days, months and years after a zombie apocalypse. The main focus of the show follows a group of survivors led by sheriff Rick Grimes. He travels to look for a very secure home.

Coleman, Lauren Cohan, Reedus, Steven Yeun, Chandler Riggs, Danai Gurira, Melissa McBride, Emily Kinney, and Sonequa Martin-Green on this shows new season. The Walking Dead Season 5 is produced by Scott M. Gimple, Robert Kirkman, David Alpert Greg Nicotero, Tom Luse, and Gale Anne Hurd.
