Pillar New Album Set to Release in 2014 By Fan Supported Kickstarter (VIDEO)

The Dove-Award winning, hard rock band, Pillar is gearing up to release a new album in 2014 with their classic line-up of Rob Beckley (vocals), Noah Henson (guitar), Lester Estelee II (drums) and Michael 'Kelel' Wittig (bass). They will be releasing the album independently through Kickstarter and according to the band have already been together writing new songs.

Here is a piece of the band's message to fans:

"The writing process has already begun. The forge is hot and the metal is taking shape. We've been posting regular video updates of the process and will continue doing so. If you haven't seen and heard what we have been up to you better get on it (www.youtube.com/pillartv)! The plan is to release this sucker in early fall. We will keep you all posted every step of the way.

Our personal "Vision" for this new record and era of Pillar involve these key words: Inspire, Humility, Serve, Hope, Restoration, Integrity, Excellence, Honor, and Trust. We pray that these words will define us as men, shape our music, and extend to all of you through Pillar. This is the core of what we are inviting you to be apart of. Please share this news with all your friends. Thank you again for all your amazing support through the years.

United We Stand,
Rob, Noah, Lester, and Kalel"

Pillar's last studio release was in 2009 with their album Confessions. Singer, Rob Beckley, released a solo single "Value of My Heart" on September 1, 2012, but the full album has not been released to date.  In October 2012, the band announced that the core line-up of Rob, Noah, Lester and Kelel would return to release a new album.
