'Arrow Season 3' Premiere: 4 New Characters, 2 To Appear In Starling City, 2 In Oliver's Flashbacks

Although some of these roles have the chance to come back and have well loved by the viewers, Thea whose situation may play heavily on the third season. Their exits have opened up room for new set of new roles. Some of those are presently casted by the show.
It is reported that "Arrow" is casting four new characters. Two of them will appear in the current Starling City and might be named Seth and Daniel while the other two will be featured in Oliver's flashbacks and will be named Akiko and Toshi.
