House of Cards' Season 3 Rumors and Release date: Frank Underwood Becomes the New President of the United States

House of Cards TV series is going to be back with a new season that will be showed in 2015. There is no announcement just yet from the producers and creators of the show as to when specifically will they air it.

The show has encountered some issues while shooting the next season and one of them is the whole tax law that is going on, in Maryland. But fans of the show can still be sure that they are pursuing the release of the new season next year. But the real question from fans was about the plot after last season’s finale because it was a major cliffhanger.

So Frank Underwood (Kevin Spacey) becomes the new president of the United States in the story and viewers can’t help but wonder how is he going to run the country and what other surprises await during his term. But it’s not just about him being appointed as president but the issues underlying it. For example, "the death of his chief of staff Doug Stamper" (Michael Kelley). On the finale, he last appeared still with his eyes open but not showing any signs of being alive. He was hit with a rock and that is the reason why he reached that state.

All the actors who are part of the show had some interviews with the press and so far, none of them revealed anything about it. They just made some teasers but still not giving a clue about the matter at all so we don’t have any idea if Michael Kelley’s character is coming back this next season. His co-actors on the show keep on saying he is such a great actor though so he can’t exactly just die in the story, so that is the one thing that could be a clue about the matter.

Kelley’s recent interview with Huffington sort of revealed something but it is still not something official. He just explained how a contract works when signing with a network, which means the network still owns since he agreed for a long-term deal. But at the end of the interview he said that "he still doesn’t know".

Stay tuned when House of Cards returns on Netflix next year for their 3rd season.
