This time, expect to see a lot of battles and of course all the adventures of Bilbo Baggins (Martin Freeman) along with the many creatures of Middle Earth. A major character is going to die in this episode. Bilbo however will survive the battles. Director Peter Jackson made an announcement last comic-con back in July 28 of the demise of a main cast from the story according to enstarz.com.

In the novel, ThorinOackenshield died and fans are requesting that he doesn’t in the movie. There was no statement about this given by Jackson though, so viewers will just have to find out. On the other hand, Sauron has released thousands of his orcs and challenged the humans, elves and dwarves to join his army. If not, then they have to win against him and they could go their own ways.

A dragon is going to be an important character in this installment and it is going to be Smaug. This dragon will cause chaos over the place and will put to fire the land of Lake Town. Another spoiler alert is a battle will happen between The White Council and Sauron, but the council will win against him.

The scene will still be on Middle Earth and just about 60 years before the fellowship of the ring even began. You will witness what went before the whole story of the ring and the ruling of Sauron. The Hobbit is basically your ultimate guide to knowing the prequel of the entire story.

And thanks to Warner Brothers, fans of the movie have now an idea of how this epic new installment will be from the poster that they have released just today October 6. Catch The Hobbit: The Battle of the Five Armies will be on the silver screen on December 17, 2014.
