Recently, BioWare Edmonton had announced that every gamer should not merit rumors regarding the release date of the much-awaited "Mass Effect 4 game" without an official statement coming from them, that is, after a lot of speculations hovering the internet about its launching.
BioWare Edmonton's and Montreal's top executive Aryan Flynn, had stated that the official announcements regarding the game will be coming from them and rumors should not be dealt seriously.
Thus, during the San Diego Comic Con last July 2014, BioWare presented a teaser of the most anticipated "Mass Effect" series.
The original story of the Mass Effect trilogy was first seen way back 2007. However, BioWare revealed that the upcoming "Mass Effect 4" game plot was different from the original story.
Developers also confirmed the possibility of adding aliens as an additional character of the game, after the statement posted by Michael Gamble, series producer, way back September 10, 2014, which is accordingly, the inspiration of the new "Mass Effect" game was taken.
Additional speculations stated that the original game character, Shepard was expected to be removed from the game plot. However, there isn't really an official statement coming out explaining the exclusion of Shepard in "Mass Effect 4". There were rumors saying that it was at the end of the third installment, which the original story were concluded.
Some speculations stated that the most awaited game will not be named "Mass Effect 4" after all.
As stated by Air Herald, the new game plot, the exclusion of some main character, the inclusion of new villains and a whole new story different from the first and original "Mass Effect" trilogy are the reasons why Bioware Montreal was planning to launch the game with a new name and with fresher identity.
Some rumors stated that the games in PlayStation 4 and Xbox One versions were expected to be released on October 2015. However, BioWare hasn't announced any official statement regarding the exact release date of the most awaited game series.
