The TV program covered the first half of the Season 1 with heart-striking scenes- death, surprises, romance, and heartbreak. The ending is so intense with Claire Fraser being harmed and tortured by Black Jack Randall, (the villain from Claire's husband Frank's family in 1940).

Last week Outlander' Season 1 episode is seen with hope as Claire (Caitriona Balfe) got married with Jamie (Sam Heughan). And just like the other new couple, they seem so inseparable. But the happiness of the couple will be taken away by Frank (Tobias Menzies) as he remains bitter with the loss of her love, Claire that brings back to the scene of the 1940's.

Desperate to find his wife, Frank was left with no clue where Claire went. There was no trace, no ways and no clue to where Claire could be found. The cops insisted that Claire escape with her lover. The bitterness and loneliness on Frank's voice could be felt on his lines, "My wife is not with another man."

The newlywed couple was busy preparing for the Christmas holiday, which was disturbed by an attack. Here Claire was trained by the Scots to properly use the knife to shield herself from danger. More suspense haunted the lovers that led them to bounce off places.

Claire encountered trouble when she was almost raped and murdered that lead her to realize everything in the past. Now she was awakened and thought of returning to her original love, Frank. In the year 1945, a woman advised Frank that her wife could have traveled through time, which he doesn't believed at all.

The Outlander' Season 1 finale will reveal many answers left in the previous one. Watch for "Outlander" return on the second half of Season 1 on Starz which will be aired on April 4, 2015.
