Are You a Bad Christian?

When Emery left Tooth & Nail to do their own thing, that thing was based on being honest - with themselves, with their fans and most of all, with their Savior. It meant admitting that they are not "good Christians" because "good" usually signifies "deserving" and that is something that no one is. No person, regardless of how well-known, popular, rich or even giving is deserves the gift of eternal life. It can not be earned as it was given freely because God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son.

The "Bad Christian" Campaign was born and it grows daily. More than simply being another record label, Bad Christian will publish e-books, sponsor public speaking engagements, hold living room tours, produce a weekly podcast and more. All of this costs money so the group started a fundraising campaign to help pay for web design, bandwidth, hosting, technology, travel costs, and other expenses. With only four days remaining in the campaign, they've already far exceeded the original goal but, in order to allow as many people as they can to be a part of the building of the community, they are still allowing fans to pledge their support. For donations that range from $5 to $3000, you can help Bad Christian spread honesty, community, healthy interaction, good music, and the Gospel.
