The Amazing Spider-Man Spin-off Sinister Six Movie 2016 Release Date and Other Latest News; Possible Cast and Characters; Will Andrew Garfield Appear in the Spin-off?
Recently there have been reports and rumors that had begun circulating about the Sinister Six movie being cancelled. The Sinister Six movie plot-which is actually an Amazing Spider Man spin-off-revolves around a team of Spider-Man super villains. Fortunately for fans, however, the serious danger of the movie being cancelled was nothing beyond but a rumor apparently. It turns out that just recently, Sony/Columbia Pictures has finally confirmed an official fall 2016 release date for Drew Goddard's Sinister Six movie. Meanwhile, the much-anticipated sequel to the Amazing Spider-Man franchise-Marc Webb's The Amazing Spider-Man 3-was moved to be released on 2018 (presumably on May of that year).
The question now is which actors are going to fill the Sinister Six movie cast? According to Sinister Six movie news, the roster may include Rhino (which will be played by Paul Giamatti) and the Harry Osborn Green Goblin (Dane DeHaan)-to add to that, there is also the possibility of Felicity Jones playing as Felicia Hardy/Black Cat, and Jamie Foxx as Electro. And of course, there is also the pressing question of whether or not Peter Parker/Spider-Man actor Andrew Garfield will be featured in the Sinister Six movie. For one, the actor had previously said that he only signed up for three Spider-Man films. Obviously he can't be out of the Amazing Spider-Man 3, so does this mean that Spider-Man won't be in the Sinister Six movie?
