'Skylanders: Trap Team' Fun Filled Adventure, Perfect for Kids and Kids at Heart know its Release Date and Teasers Now
Skylanders: Trap Team is an upcoming role playing action adventure video game being developed by Toys for Bob with additional work by Beenox, as part of the Skylanders game franchise.
It is expected to be published by Activision.
The game is being developed for multiple platforms such as Apple's iOS, Android, Playstation 3 and 4 platforms, Xbox 360, Xbox One, and Nintendo 3DS, among others.
The story of the game acts as a kind of a sequel to the previous game released called Skylanders: Swap Force, where the main antagonist named Kaos was able to blow up a prison called Cloudcracker Prison, allowing all of the worst villain prisoners to escape.
It is up to the player now acting as the Portal Master to capture the villains!
The player in the game will have the ability to control many different characters by fixing their toy figure representation on an interface device called as the Traptanium Portal, which will then activate the characters and bring them into the game, similar to the previous game developed.
However, what is said to be new about this one, is that they have now added an item called the trap where it can be used to place or store original enemy characters and using them to one's advantage!
As the title of the game suggest, the Trap Team consists of the Trap Masters who are said to be more powerful than the enemy characters being used.
The upcoming action adventure game is due to be released by October 5, 2014!
