‘The Walking Dead’ Season 5 Premiere Poster: Hunt or Be Hunted

‘The Walking Dead' Season 5 Premiere Poster: Hunt or Be Hunted
In just over a month, "The Walking Dead" will return on AMC to answer big questions left during the season 4 finale. But before that fans who have been eagerly awaiting for some details about the upcoming season 5 are finally getting a big treat this time, as AMC releases two posters for the next season.
The banner poster shows Rick Grimes and his group in chains while seemingly attempting to escape. The other premiere poster shows Rick Grimes, portrayed by Andrew Lincoln in the shrubs and seemingly taking cover while waiting for something or before attacking, and accompanied by the words "Hunt or be Hunted." Fans can recall from season 4 that Rick was left at a railroad car.
With the tagline "Hunt or be Hunted," it seems fans already have something in mind on what's going to happen next, specially to those who have read the comics by Robert Kirkman, Tony Moore and Charlie Adlard. To add more to the excitement, even creator Robert Kirkman asserts that season 5 will most likely be touching on a popular plot from the comics in a very close approach.
"The Walking Dead" season 5 trailer debuted during the San Diego Comic Con earlier this July, opening with Rick and his group together while they are trapped in a train car in a place called Terminus, which was first thought to be a shelter for survivors. We also see Rick being reunited with his daughter Judith, Beth being alive and the addition of Seth Gilliam as Father Gabriel.
"The Walking Dead" season 5 premieres this Oct. 12/Sunday at 9 PM ET/PT on AMC.
