In previous Hawaii Five 0 rumors from the website of Seattle PI, it was said that Carol Burnett, who plays the role of Deb, the aunt of Steve McGarett (played by Alex O'Loughlin), will be seen in its fifth season.
This rumor, which is now an official Hawaii Five 0 update: Deb will be returning and bringing home a fiancé. Frankie Vallie, Four Seasons singer, is the lucky man that we are referring to. The 80-year-old singer has been given the role of Leonard Campbell whom Deb met while taking chemotherapy sessions.
In a Hawaii Five 0 interview with TVGuide.com, Peter Lenkov said that, "They're going to have this whirlwind romance, and they're coming to Hawaii to get married because they realize both of them don't have much time left."
According to the Seattle PI Hawaii Five 0 news, though McGarett is suspicious of his aunt's history, he'll try to do something about it, which fans of the show know that it involves secrets and a bit of violence.
Peter Lenkov told TVGuide that this new romance and wedding bells of Deb and Leonard will be aired come November 21 of this year.
