Forrest Frank is taking his biggest tour to the big screen. The GRAMMY-nominated artist has released an official teaser for "The Jesus Generation," a documentary slated for theaters in 2027 that follows him and the young fans who filled arenas and stadiums on his tour of the same name. The teaser arrived Friday on his YouTube channel.

Lionsgate will distribute the film, with Kingdom Story Company also attached. No exact release date has been announced. Frank is pointing fans to ForrestFrank.com for updates.

The teaser mixes concert footage with worship and personal testimony. Rick Rubin, Philip Anthony Mitchell and Sadie Robertson Huff are among those appearing in the film. Jelly Roll and Michael W. Smith also appear in the teaser. Speakers describe a generation rising up in faith. When one calls it "a God thing," Frank agrees.

The numbers behind the film are large. The 29-city tour drew more than 519,000 people, averaged 18,175 tickets sold per night, and ranked No. 5 on Pollstar's LIVE75 chart. Peak attendance reached 27,365 at Hersheypark Stadium. It ran from June 1 in Tulsa to an Aug. 1 finale at Globe Life Field in Arlington, Texas, where more than 35,000 fans attended. RELEVANT calls it the biggest Christian music tour in history.

The title comes from Frank's May 28 single "The Jesus Generation," which his label described as a spirit-forward social commentary on a Gen Z movement. In the teaser, he says that name is the best way he knows to describe what is happening.

More details, including a release date and a full trailer, have not been announced.
