Daft Punk Tour 2014 Not Pushing Through, Reported To Create A Documentary

Fans are highly disappointed that their favorite French electronic duo won't be pushing through with their tour this year. Following a report earlier this year that the duo were interested to perform at a place called the Devils Tower in Wyoming, but was turned down by the tribes living in the area. The place is considered to be a sacred site to 24 various tribes, thus having a big event to be held in the area is deemed as an uncivil act.

Despite the continuous clamor from fans for a tour, even resorting to social media and online petition, fans can only wait for official announcement from the group for any possible international tour.

In the meantime, fans would be excited to know that despite the absence of an international tour; there is still something worth their attention. Fuse TV reports recently that Daft Punk will be coming out with a TV documentary, produced and made by BBC France. Fans can also watch out for an extraordinary experience of getting to see the artistic world of the duo, as well as the wonderful personal journey of the two acclaimed French DJ/musicians.

Meanwhile, photos and fan videos of the duo have been circulating online showing that they apparently performed at Ibiza. If true, this would mark the duo's first live performance other than performing at the Grammys.

In related news, Daft Punk recently released the remix album of Human After All, now available for everyone; after having it released exclusively in Japan eight years ago.
