Bunnie Xo Says She'll 'Never' Marry Again After Painful Split From Jelly Roll

Bunnie Xo has made a heartbreaking confession just weeks after finalizing her divorce from Jelly Roll-and it sounds like she's closing the door on marriage for good.

During the latest episode of her Dumb Blonde podcast, Bunnie sat down with actress Denise Richards when the conversation turned to love, divorce, and whether either woman would ever walk down the aisle again.

Richards didn't hesitate.

"I will never get married again," she declared.

Bunnie immediately agreed.

"No, me either. I can't do it. I will never," the podcast host responded, making one of her strongest public statements since her split from the Grammy-winning country star.

The candid conversation comes less than a month after Bunnie and Jelly Roll officially finalized their divorce, ending nearly 10 years of marriage.

While speculation has swirled online ever since news of their split broke, Bunnie pushed back against the rumors, insisting that no one truly knows what happens behind closed doors.

"The only people who know what's going on inside of a divorce or a relationship, no matter how public they are, is the two people that are in it," she said. "All these other narratives that are created are not real, and people need to stop believing headlines."

The former couple first met in 2015 before tying the knot in a spontaneous Las Vegas wedding the following year. Their romance became one of country music's most beloved love stories, even leading them to renew their vows in 2023.

But behind the scenes, their marriage came to an end this year. The pair separated in May, with Jelly Roll filing for divorce days later. Their divorce was finalized on July 17, and fans later noticed the two had unfollowed each other on social media. Jelly Roll also announced he would be stepping away from touring for a period to focus on healing.

Bunnie has previously opened up about the breakup on her podcast but later deleted the emotional episode, explaining she no longer wanted one of the hardest seasons of her life to become "a permanent headline."

Despite the split, both have consistently shut down rumors of infidelity, stressing that "nobody cheated."

During her latest conversation, however, Bunnie reflected on betrayal from a previous relationship, describing the emotional scars left by an affair.

"It's not the act that hurts you. It's the lies," she said. "Betrayal trauma literally rewires your brain to not trust people... It's a different kind of hurt."

Even after the divorce, there appears to be no bitterness between the former couple. Jelly Roll has repeatedly described Bunnie as his "best friend" and told fans they will always remain close, while Bunnie continues to ask people not to believe every headline they read about their relationship.

Still, if her latest comments are any indication, one thing seems certain: after two marriages and one very public heartbreak, Bunnie Xo doesn't see herself ever saying "I do" again.
