Pat Barrett has released Burn In Us (Worship Together Sessions), a new collaborative album with Worship Together that offers intimate, live-in-the-room versions of songs from his acclaimed 2025 album, I've Got A Fire.
Recorded at Gnome Studios in Nashville, the project features stripped-back arrangements designed to help worship leaders, church teams, and listeners experience the songs in a more personal and accessible setting.
Reflecting on the inspiration behind the album, Barrett said the recordings remind him of the simplicity of the small church where he grew up.
"I grew up in a small church. It wasn't perfect (no place is), but it was powerful. I think simplicity had something to do with it."
Worship Together echoed that vision, saying the sessions were created to provide worship songs in arrangements that are easy for churches to embrace while capturing authentic moments of worship.
The release comes during an exciting week for Barrett, who also received three nominations for the 57th Annual GMA Dove Awards. His nominations include Song of the Year as a songwriter for "God I'm Just Grateful," Worship Recorded Song of the Year for his collaboration with Elevation Worship and Chandler Moore, and Short Form Music Video of the Year (Concept) for "I've Got A Fire."

Barrett will also support the project on his upcoming I've Got A Fire Tour, which includes stops across the United States this fall and additional West Coast and Texas dates in early 2027.
