Natalie Layne is continuing her rise in Christian music with the announcement of her new five-song EP, Still Running To You, arriving September 9 via Centricity Music. The project's title track is now available on streaming and digital platforms, giving listeners an early glimpse of a collection that celebrates steadfast faith, spiritual maturity, and lasting joy.
A classically trained pianist, worship leader, producer, and singer-songwriter, Layne co-produced the EP with a live band, creating an organic sound that blends '90s Christian music, gospel, jazz, funk, and R&B influences.
"I'm having more fun making music than I ever have in my life right now, and I think people will hear that, too," Layne shared.
The EP opens with "Big World," a song highlighting unity and shared faith, while "You Stayed" reflects on the beauty of remaining faithful through every season. Closing the project is the title track, "Still Running To You," co-written with David Spencer and SOFYKA, which incorporates the beloved hymn "Blessed Assurance."
Layne hopes the songs especially encourage lifelong believers and those continuing to grow in their walk with Christ.
"I want church kids to know their story is really meaningful... Every salvation story is a miracle, and everybody has the story they're meant to have."
The new EP follows Layne's acclaimed debut album, All Joy, which introduced audiences to her soulful style and produced standout songs including "Grateful For," "Amen," "Fragile," and "Church Kids." Her momentum has continued with a Top 10 Christian radio hit, a K-LOVE Fan Award nomination, recognition as a Pandora Artist to Watch, and performances alongside leading Christian artists.
This summer, Layne will bring her new music to worship festivals and concert stages after headlining her first tour earlier this year and making her third appearance at Bonnaroo.
