Savannah Guthrie took to Instagram on Sunday, June 21, to honor her husband of 12 years, Michael Feldman, with a simple but powerful Father's Day tribute: "Our hero happy fathers day, @feldmike."

The photo features Feldman holding their daughter Vale, 11, and son Charley, 9 - all three cuddled up together in bed, both kids beaming. The image racked up over 36,000 likes within hours.

The post comes as Feldman has been a steady presence for Savannah amid the disappearance of her mother, Nancy Guthrie.

The 84-year-old was last seen at her Tucson, Arizona home on January 31 in what authorities believe was an abduction. She remains missing.

For Mother's Day, Feldman had returned the gesture - posting a photo of Savannah and their children and calling her "the strongest person I know."

The comments section quickly filled with prayers. "I pray for you and your family daily and pray for the authorities who are working hard. Please know that there are so many praying for you all," one follower wrote.

Savannah, who returned to the Today show in April, recently opened up about why she came back to work. "It's not that I'm not thinking about it, because I am - but it's something to do.

It brings me a lot of joy to be with everybody. But no, it's not easy," she told co-host Jenna Bush Hager.

The Guthrie family's $1 million reward and the FBI's $100,000 reward for information remain active. Anyone with information is urged to contact the FBI at 1-800-CALL-FBI or submit a tip at tips.fbi.gov.
