Family Guy Season 13 Features a Simpsons Crossover Called The Simpsons Guy Plus a Star Studded Guest Cast; But Planned Movie Delayed
One of the biggest Family Guy season 13 latest news that has been circulating around the world wide web is that the highly acclaimed animated comedy show will be having a crossover with another big name in animated comedy: The Simpsons. Yes, every fan's dream of wanting to see Homer Simpson and Peter Griffin in action together will be coming true.
Family Guy season 13 will be launching the new season with an hour-long cross over episode with everyone's favorite yellow-skinned, dysfunctional family in an episode entitled as "The Simpsons Guy". The episode will be guest-starring five of the six main casts of the Simpsons as well as Allison Janney, Julie Bowen, Lea Thompson and Liam Neeson. However surprises don't stop there as Family Guy season 13 will also be throwing some characters in unusual situations. For example, Mila Kunis' character Meg will become a foot-fetish model while Stewie will be pregnant with Brian's baby. Peter will also be kicking Liam Neeson's ass! One episode will also be featuring the return of Jesus where the gang will be helping him get laid.
In terms of the planned movie of the animated comedy, Peter Shin, the show's director and producer, shared that due to creator Seth MacFarlane's obligation in Ted 2, it has been postponed on a later date though it is already in the works. MacFarlane also shared that he would also love to make a Star Trek parody.
Family Guy season 13 will be out this coming September 28, 2014 on Fox.
