"The Voice" on NBC is heating up with Season 6 down to the Top 10 contestents. The Top 10 performed live on Monday night for a chance to move into the Top 8 for next week. Team Usher had 2 of his 3 of his contestants advance last week, Josh Kaufman and Bria Kelly. To give the fans a chance to see what happens behind the scenes, NBC posted a video so you can see what happens when the cameras follow around Team Usher. Josh also explains in the video why it's so important to be yourself, especially in a competitive situation like this one, and Bria reflects on her close connection with Coach Usher (watch video above). 

The behind the scenes videos that NBC has posted really shows that no matter what team each contestant is on, they all enjoy hanging out and spending time together. It is easy to forget how many days they are there and that when they aren't working on the show, they are cooped up in a hotel together. So they have a lot of time to build relationships together and can relate to going through such a big experience and share in it. 

All three singers for Team Adam and Team Blake moved on to next week. Team Shakira had two of her contestants move on to next week in Tess Boyer and Kristen Merlin, Dani Moz did not make it and will head home. Team Usher had two singers move on in Bria Kelly and Josh Kaufman, with T.J. Wilkins going home. 

Adam Levine (Team Adam) is coming off of winning last season (Season 5) and has a very strong team this year so far. Blake Shelton (Team Blake) won three seasons in a row (Seasons 2-4) and is looking to win back the crown. Newcomers Usher (Team Usher) and Shakira (Team Shakira) are on their second season of the show after both being on Season 4. They are both looking for their first win as a part of the hit singing competition.
