‘Tekken 7’ Arcade: New Characters; New Fighting Techniques; New Graphic-Capacity
"Tekken 7" Arcade: New Characters; New Fighting Techniques; New Graphic-Capacity
The newest "Tekken 7" has already been installed in arcades around Japan, several months after the brilliant Andai Namco confirmed his plans to once again visit its longest-running fighting game series, after two decades of waiting. Those very lucky to have lived in Japan at the moment are, little by little, revealing all kinds of "Tekken 7" updates.
Three months after the big "Tekken 7" revelation, which occurred at the EVO Fighting Game 2014 Championships, Namco started to give-away opportunity-plays so as to establish a good foundation for the upcoming, long-awaited Tekken franchise. A few Tekken 7 test cabinets are strategically positioned all over Japan. Since then, "Tekken 7" fans have published significant information about the game.
One of the major updates is the expanded list of Tekken fighters, together with the brand new game mechanics and quite a few proof hat this game will be better than the older entries. The Play Station Lifestyle has tracked down pictures of character items which are unlockable in this next game franchise.
According to the Polygon, the list of fighters has included: Kazuya, Katarina (previously Catalina), Hwoarang, Heihachi, Feng, Dragunov, Claudio, Bryan, Asuka, Alisa, Xiaoyu, Steve, Paul, Lili, Leo, Law, Lars, and King.
Further, there have been leaks of an early "moves" list, featuring the partial moves for 16 out of 18 characters, while Katarina and Claudio have extended "moves" list.
There are two brand new mechanics which will be introduced in the new franchise. First up is the "Rage Arts", which consist of a special set of attacks that could only be utilized when a character's health is going low. It, also, has "Power Crush" techniques that can provide uninterruptible damages. Early game reports have suggested that Tekken players could still receive extreme damages during "Power Crush" techniques; however, the animation's attacks will continue.
The most interesting news, perhaps, is the word that the final "Tekken 7" game will substantially look a lot better than what Namco has shown the public. Katsuhiro Harada, the game's producer, says the present game setting has only revealed 60% of its full-graphics capacity; therefore, its retail will look incomparable.
