In this sequel, the superpower beings are also required to act like police under the US government jurisdiction. Although Stark is in favour of that certain law, Rogers is having second thoughts on it and say it may cause some serious threats to the civil rights.
Lately, Marvel gave some details about their plan on releasing a new comic mini-series that will serve as an introduction to the fans to the civil war in 2015. Directors Joe and Anthony Russo are anticipated to come back for the "Captain America 3." On the other hand, Christopher Markus and Stephen McFeely are responsible for the movie script.
