'Attack on Titan' Season 2 Ready for 2015 Latest News, Updates, Spoilers: Prequel Movie Set for December 2014
It's finally out! "Attack on Titan" Season two release date is April 2015; while the prequel movie will be on December 2014. 'Attack on Titan' season two productions have started since August 2014. Season one ended last September 2013 and the long hibernation of the anime made the fanatics long for it more.
News in the anime world reveals that Volume 15 of the manga version must first be finished before they can produce the anime itself. December 2014 is the target date for the manga version giving the creators of the film version a lot of time to tweak the production and get an excellent result.
Aside from the anime and the manga version, "Attack on Titan" aficionados should rejoice because a prequel movie is coming out soon. 'Attack on Titan: No Regrets Birth of Levi' will be seen globally come December 29, 2014.
With the prequel film, fans will learn how Commander Erwin became a merciless and hard-bitten commander who will thwart at nothing to save human kind. Anime followers will also find out how Captain Levi transformed from a street hooligan to an able-bodied soldier-at-arms. Furthermore, the prequel will introduce new character like Isabel (voice over by Mariya Ise) and Farlan (voice over by Koji Yusa).
The action-packed prequel anime will be under the directorship of Tetsuro Araki. Kodansha comics meanwhile stated that the prequel ignited the true meaning of trust and loyalty.
For manga version fans, Manga creator Hajime Isayama made certain that volume 15 and 16 is in progress and that the two volumes will be spectacular. Hajime describe them as the "most impactful ones".
The Anime series "Attack on Titan" also known as 'Shingeki no Kyojin' originally started in 2013. Bessatsu Shonen magazine started the series in 2009. The anime revolves around Mikasa Ackerman, Armin Arlet and Eren Yeager who go against humongous manlike creatures called Titans. The Titans will feed on human species with no mercy.
With 40 million volumes under its belt, "Attack on Titan" series is well accepted in Asian countries. But some series of the anime involve controversial themes.
