The Moto X has turned out to be a spectacular device, as fans call it, as it packs free customization features, new leather backs that offer a truly one-of-a-kind smart phone, 4.7-inch 720 x 1280 pixel AMOLED display, a dual-core 1.7GHz Krait processor with an Adreno 320 GPU, 2GB of RAM, no external microSD slot, and a 2200mAh battery. The device was also praised for its impressive 10MP primary camera which is capable of taking photographs at a very high resolution of 4320 x 2432 pixels. While the size is approaching an uncomfortable level, it manages to stay just short of it because the phone is so thin.
While Nokia Lumia 830 has 5.0-inch IPS LCD display complemented by 720 x 1,280 pixels resolution and 294 ppi pixel density. The device is powered by the quad-core (Qualcomm Snapdragon 400) Cortex-A7 processor, clocked at 1.2 GHz and backed by the same 1 GB of RAM. The Nokia Lumia 830 sports a killer 10 MP PureView primary camera with the famous Carl Zeiss optics, OIS support and LED flash. Nokia Lumia 830 comes with a Li-Ion 2200 mAh battery unit. The Lumia 830 supports 4G LTE and NFC.
Talking about OS, the Moto X 2014 runs on Android 4.4.4 KitKat OS while the Nokia Lumia 830 runs on Microsoft Windows Phone 8.1.
The Motorola Moto X is $499 outright, or $99 with a new 2-year contract from various carriers. The Nokia Lumia 830 (16 GB) can be purchased for INR 28,799 in India that roughly translates to US$466 and AU$536. Hope we have helped you to decide which one you should buy.
