'Utopia' Plot: Reality Show, Consist Of 15 Men and Women In An Isolated Area
Utopia is a reality TV series premiered on September 7, 2014 by Fox channel. The TV series is based on the Dutch version created by John de Mol that follows a group of people that attempts to maintain a society in a specific remote area, analyzing behavior and various incidents.
Participants of the reality show that consists of 15 men and woman are placed in an isolated area that was under surveillance 24 hours a day for one whole year. Their biggest challenge is to make a society of their own and figure out how they can survive in such a remote area. It was expressed that 129 hidden cameras are functioning to document each and every move of the participants. In every month there would be a nomination of who will exit the isolation area and be sent back to their normal lives.
The reality show's contestants came from different areas of societies, age and various cities and states. Their biggest challenges will lie in how effective they are putting up with their different characters, their abilities and strategies in building their own community and perhaps more on the side that ticks them on the personal manner, as well as the effect of their normal lives compares to what they will be experiencing on the isolation area.
A lot of things are to be considered for a certain stay, health and emotional wise. As per the recent episode aired September 2, 2014; one of the show's contestant Hex Vanisles was medically evacuated during the filming of the reality show, but then he returned after a few hours to come back to the isolation area.
The series will showcase various emotions that can affect everyone's viewing opinion and may touch audience attention and emotional capability as well. The show aims to bring the study of factors that may affect certain individuals in a community that was from various fields of the industry.
Utopia will showcase how someone would be strong enough to fulfil the duties and obligations in building a society in the most hopeless place. Their characters and strategies would be the basis on how they can win.
