Attack on Titan Season 2 News: Second Season Under Development, Movie Compilations to be Released this Year and 2015
Attack on Titan Season 2 news: The second season of Attack on Titan, also known as Shingeki no Kyojin in Japanese, is currently under development and won't be released anytime soon.
In the meantime, fans can look forward to movie compilations of Attack on Titan Season 1 - Attack on Titan Part 1: Crimson Bow and Arrow, which will be released this year and Attack on Titan: Part 2: Wings of Freedom, which will be out in cinemas by early 2015.
Written and illustrated by Hajime Isayama, Attack on Titan is a manga turned into an anime series first released in April 2013.
Attack on Titan follows the lives of Eren Yeager, his adopted sister Mikasa Ackerman, and their friend Armin Arlert. As the wall of their hometown, Shinganshina, is breached by Titans, one of these monsters murder Eren and Mikasa's mother right before their very eyes. Eren seeks the help of his friends to seek revenge.
Attack on Titan is a certified best-seller, selling 36 million copies worldwide. A spinoff manga, Attack on Titan: No Regrets, Birth of Levi, will be launched soon.
