According to sources, Kingdom Hearts HD 2.5 remix will exclusively be on PlayStation 3 on 2nd December. The game's story revolves around Sora's older version in an adventure he undertakes with the Disney characters.

There will be new arenas, keyblades and there are new boss fights which have been added for the efficiency of the players.
