Justin Bieber is officially heading to the world's biggest football stage.

The global superstar has been announced as the latest co-headliner for the first-ever FIFA World Cup Final Halftime Show, joining an already blockbuster lineup featuring Madonna, Shakira, BTS, and Burna Boy. Justin Bieber

Set for July 19 at New York New Jersey Stadium, the historic halftime spectacle will last just 11 minutes, meaning each featured artist is expected to have only a brief moment to light up the stage. The show is being curated by Chris Martin and marks the first time FIFA has introduced a Super Bowl-style halftime performance at a World Cup final.

Bieber said he's honored to be part of the landmark event, noting that the World Cup "brings the world together" while helping expand access to education for children around the globe.

The halftime show will support the FIFA Global Citizen Education Fund, which aims to raise $100 million to improve children's access to education and football opportunities worldwide. FIFA says more than $50 million has already been raised, with $1 from every World Cup ticket sold going toward the initiative.

With music icons from across generations and genres sharing one stage, the FIFA World Cup Final is shaping up to be as much a global concert as it is football's biggest match. The only question now is: who will make the biggest impact in just one minute?
