Marilyn Hickey's ministry has announced additional details for the upcoming celebration of life service honoring the beloved televangelist, pastor, Bible teacher, and global evangelist following her passing on April 25, 2026, at the age of 94.
According to Marilyn Hickey Ministries, Marilyn's Celebration Service will be held on Saturday, May 23, 2026, at 1:00 PM MST at Word of Life Christian Center in Lone Tree, Colorado.
The ministry also confirmed that livestream information will be released in the coming days, allowing supporters around the world to participate in honoring Hickey's extraordinary life and ministry legacy.
For more than 50 years, Marilyn Hickey served as one of the most influential voices in Christian television and international evangelism. Through her long-running program Today with Marilyn and Sarah, which she later co-hosted with daughter Sarah Bowling, Hickey reached millions through networks including Trinity Broadcasting Network and Daystar Television Network.
Born in Dalhart, Texas, on July 1, 1931, Hickey became known worldwide for her passionate Bible teaching, healing ministry, and global missionary outreach. Her ministry extended across numerous nations, including large-scale evangelistic meetings in Pakistan that drew hundreds of thousands of attendees.
In addition to her broadcasting ministry, Hickey authored numerous books, mentored generations of believers, and served on the Board of Regents at Oral Roberts University.
