Minecraft Xbox One Release Date and Updates: Have You Heard the Great News Recently?
Here's the great news! Minecraft creator Mojang announced something great and exciting about Minecraft: Xbox one edition. He says that such game is coming this August 2014 in Xbox Live Marketplace. Not only that, if you happened to be a loyal and great fan of Minecraft (like you have older version and you just have to upgrade) you'll be happy to know that you can actually have this for only $4.99!
There are many reasons to get excited about. Expect to have bigger worlds with great scenic vistas. Not only because there's an option that will allow you to import saved data including the beautiful world into your Xbox One. Hence, there's nothing to lose, but just improvements and developments. Having such feature is just a continuation of what have you started. No need for you to start from zero, instead you just have to continue the fun with the price that is too affordable, yet will never compromise the fun and quality. However, there are some data that could not be transferred like some of the downloadable skins as well as texture packs.
Microsoft lead producer of Minecraft Xbox conversion, Roger Carpenter said, "That's right: You don't have to start from scratch. You can just keep going, right where you left off! That goes for most (but not all) of your downloadable skins and texture packs, though not all of them will make the jump." He also tweeted, "#minecraftxbox1 will be 8 player at release but we will continue working to allow more players in a future update!"
Minecraft is actually considered as the world's 3rd best-selling PC game of the century. Having 54 million copies being sold all around the world it only shows that such game is not just a rumored great, because with too many people playing this they can attest that this game is undeniably great. Now, Minecraft is here once again, don't you think it's the right time to move forward and upgrade?
Daniel Kaplan, Mojang developer told Xbox Magazine that the customizable servers will allow the users to create their very own worlds, making this game a lot more exciting. "We are looking into different solutions, however we don't know when it will work. A lot of people would enjoy that and we have got a lot of questions about it. It would be similar to what we're doing on the PC," Kaplan added.
