Final Fantasy XV Latest News via LiveStream this October, Square Enix Announced Upcoming Live Broadcast of FFXV, Trailer Soundtrack Released
Expect more news to come up for the upcoming Final Fantasy VX game via LiveStream. Square Enix announced the said webcast just recently, and the LiveStream will air on October 31 at 8PM in Japan, which will be 7AM in the US. Viewers should expect the webcast to be in Japanese for most parts. So, it is better to watch the English recap of the LiveStream later on.
What we know about the fifteenth installment of Final Fantasy so far is that it departs from the previous concepts, as it introduces a totally new storyline, environment and characters. The characters here are more realistic than the previous ones, and the environment is darker while having no connection to any of the other Final Fantasy game series. The new RPG game play includes a third-person shooter, and the game's combat system is called the Active Cross Battle System. Players who are familiar with the "Kingdom Hearts" series and "Final Fantasy Type-0" have already seen this type of combat system, and thanks to the next-gen consoles, the graphics of the upcoming game battles are bigger and more dynamic.
The Final Fantasy 15 director Hajime Tabata and crew showed a preview of the game's combat system, and it clearly showed the difference between the latest Final Fantasy game and its predecessors.
Plot wise, Final Fantasy 15 incorporates the "Fabula Nova Crystallis" mythology, previously known from the Final Fantasy 13 game, but as mentioned earlier, the story of the upcoming Final Fantasy stands unique from the rest of the game series.
The main character, Noctis Lucis Caelum, is a prince of a royal family that protects the last remaining crystal in the world, and the family also rules a technologically advanced city-state. The game's plot revolves around a nation driven to capture the crystal.
The release date of the upcoming Final Fantasy VX remains a speculation, including a possible early 2015 release. For now, check out the trailer soundtrack of the upcoming Final Fantasy here.
Final Fantasy 15 will be available for consoles PlayStation 4 and Xbox One.
