'Cosmos' Plot: Documentary Series Showcase A Thirteen Episodes, The "Ship Of The Imagination" And The "Cosmic Calendar"

Cosmos: A Space Time Odyssey is an American science documentary series that discovers and explores various laws of natures and finding coordinates in space and time. This is a follow-up to the 1980 Cosmos television series entitled Cosmos: A Personal Voyagewhich was considered as a milestone in the science-TV documentaries and series.

The documentary series showcase a thirteen (13) episodes in a story-telling format that discuss the original Cosmos and its origin, including also different kinds of elements known as the "Ship of the Imagination" and the "Cosmic Calendar". Brannon Braga and Alan Silvestri are the producers of the show that provides the show's backing score.

Cosmos tries to provide such useful information for their audience in knowing a deeper field of science and technology and some astronomy touch like topics. The producers are investing in this series to continue its 1980 season up until today for the new generation.

The exploration of laws of nature, how it was dynamic and how it could be a probable help for everyone to understand our planet's and atmosphere's issues are the priorities of the show. Moreover, as it was released March of this year, it continually provide more stuff for learning and understanding to the mass until June 8, 2014 and has a home media release of the entire series on June 10, 2014.

The series has been aired on Fox Network with rebroadcasting to National Geographic Channel. Its 1980 series has reportedly seen by more than 400 million people across 60 different countries in the world and up until 1990, the Cosmos documentary series have been the highest rated program until another documentary The Civil War came along.

Cosmos: A Space Time Odyssey runs a 44-minute for each episode and was published by Cosmos Studios, Fuzzy Door Productions and Santa Fe Studios.
