Amazon Fire Phone: The New 3D Smartphone That's Causing Chills to other Smartphone Companies

It's finally here people the long awaited Amazon Fire phone. For those of you who have been dying while waiting and holding your breath well, you can now breathe easy, your patience has finally paid off.

The new Amazon Fire phone is just perfect in every aspect. It is loaded with two features namely Dynamic Perspective and Firefly. Now Amazon claims that these two features help the users see and interact with the world at a whole new level through the new lens. We look forward to see exactly what they mean by that.

When it comes to its features the Amazon Fire phone has a 4.7 inch screen. It ranks with 590 units of brightness and other great features like Dynamic Image Contrast, ambient light sensor that helps the screen work in different viewing situations. The resolution sits at 1280 x 720 with 315ppi. It has a Gorilla Glass 3 that is slathered on the front and back with the buttons being made of aluminum and stainless steel details. A rubber polyurethane grip makes it have a feminine look.

The phone features a quad core Qualcomm Snapdragon 800 2.2GHz processor, on the side, there is an Adredo 330 graphics and 2GB of RAM. It runs a branched version of Android Fire OS 3.5.0.

About the camera. It is secured with a 13MP snapper on the rear and comes complete with OIS and a powerful f/2,0 lens. The phone also has free unlimited photo storage on Amazon Cloud Drive and I must say that was very clever of them. Who doesn't want a phone that can store as many picture as possible, right?

As for the front camera it is a 2.1 MP and both the front and the rear camera can capture video in 1080p.

Other features that the Amazon Fire has include the Dolby Digital Plus that surrounds the sound speakers. It also has LTE and connectivity on nine LTE bands, four GSM bands and five UMTS. It also features 802.11ac support, Wi-Fi channel bonding, NFC and Bluetooth.

Now, the most interesting part about the Amazon Fire Phone is its 3D feature that has an interface called Dynamic Perspective that adjusts the 3D images on the screen. The Lock screens and wallpaper also have a 3D effect. We can only imagine how much power it uses to run however the battery is a 2,400mAh with 285 hours of standby time, up to 22 hours of talk time, 65 hours of audio playback and 11 hours of video playback.

With all said and done this is a phone worth checking out that's for sure.
